When you reserve an appointment with me, you are agreeing to the minimum service price for that appointment, with the understanding that pricing is on an “and up” basis. 

Cancellations/Rescheduling
I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, I respectfully require 48 hours notice for cancellations or changes to the services schedule.

Should an appointment be canceled or rescheduled without a 48 hour notice, you will be charged 50% of the reserved service/block time.

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please contact me via text or call at 929-428-3803 with a 48 hour notice. 

CREDIT CARDS
To reserve an appointment, your credit card information must be on file. It is my obligation to protect this information. 

SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS
Same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the booked service.

NO CALL-NO SHOWS
No call/no shows will be charged 100% of the service.

REFUNDS
I do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

COLOR ADJUSTMENTS
I take pride in providing the highest quality of service. Should you wish to have a color or toner adjustment, please contact me within one week of your original appointment.

EXTENSION DEPOSITS
All extension deposits made upon booking initial installation appointments and are 100% nonrefundable.
No children, additional guest, or animals
For the safety of your children and animals, in the relaxation of your visit.
